Workshop Outline

This workshop is aimed at all levels of management who have a requirement to pass on manual skills to others from induction training to general on the job training.
This workshop will provide the necessary level of skills to both understand the principal of learning and to deliver on a one to one basis a structural training programme.

• Enable managers to standardise on methods
