facilitation and training services to Ashfield Homes Ltd.

Over the previous five years, I, as the Chief Executive of Ashfield Homes Ltd, and prior to the "change", as Director of Housing for Ashfield District Council, have used the services of the ChangeKey Partnership to assist us in the development of our staff and in the management of change.

The major change that ChangeKey and, in particular, Jeff Priestley, assisted the organisation with was its transition to an Arms Length Management Organisation (ALMO), set up to manage, repair and modernise the housing stock belonging to Ashfield District Council.

Jeff successfully provided a combination of change management services, including: Senior Management consultation and problem solving facilitation; team and change development workshops at all levels in the new organisation; assistance in the selection of key individuals at Board level; and the coaching and mentoring of staff, assisting us to resolve personnel issues created as a result of the organisation changes and redeployment.

Ashfield Homes Ltd was the highest performing Company out of the 35 ALMOs now established. The morale and professionalism of the organisation is judged independently as extremely high, and we now employ around 200 staff and manage annual revenue budgets in excess of £10 million.
