Development of Team Working in a Quality Culture
Workshop Outline
Within a "Quality Culture", team working can take on a whole new meaning, with teams of people coming together sometimes permanently, on a needs must basis,
or on a "one off` problem solving basis. The group dynamics involved in this movement within teams requires that managers responsible for the formation of teams and their development need a thorough understanding of team working, the selection of individuals to work successfully within teams and the knowledge that some teams will only have a limited effective life span.
